LUNCH WITH THE GIRLS
There is something so visually satisfying about cows. They always seem to be sociable and enjoy the company of other cows. Most days I see this same little group at the local town farm, clustered around the feed trough as if exchanging the latest news. Dishing the dirt, as it were.
These ladies and their youngsters create such an interesting pattern of dark and light. It is difficult to discern who is who and which hide belongs to which heifer, but in the end it doesn’t really matter, they were all happy to be out there spending the day noshing and enjoying each other’s company.
